Today we play "Guess who?" again. Our portraits have a lot to tell about themselves, but is it enough for you to recognize them?
Anyone who could afford a portrait and certainly one by Dürer was of rich descent. How do we recognize that this man was well off?
- By his very special hairstyle, obtained by some really expensive curling irons
- By the back wall that looks like gold leather
- By the fur collar on his coat
